Monday express oil and a new tire service was 10.

Monday express oil and a new tire service was 10. Wednesday for the balance of three tires and found out I had a oil leak was a 2. Dropped off vehicle Wednesday morning but when I got home noticed there was a sizable amount of new oil on my garage floor. Called to let them know they needed to check for a oil leak but was sent to service managers voicemail. I specifically said in the voicemail I wanted somebody to confirm that they received the voicemail, no call. When I called after lunch to check on the tire install and to confirm they received my voicemail found out they did not. Was told they would let the technician know about the oil issue. When Dave called me 2:30ish to let me know how the tires were going I asked about the oil, he didn’t know about the oil. I was picked up at 4:30 and told they were finishing my car. When I arrived they were still trying to figure out the oil leak. The car was finally “finished” and paid for after 5:30. Was told the tire indicator light was still on but after you drive it for a while it should go away. When I got in the car the indicator was on but was not told about one of my tires being at 0 pressure. Went back in and talk to one of the guys at the desk. Also the pressure on 2 of the tires was 40 and the third 41, I was told they’re supposed to be 36. Gentleman at the desk lowered the pressure of all my tires and to confirm we took a drive around the lot to make sure they were reset correctly. This also reset the 0 pressure tire. Indicator light turned off. Found out Thursday morning the service manager, returning my call about the oil leak, was off for the day. When I called I should’ve been sent to a person not to the service manager who is off. As far as the tire pressure the tech should’ve taken my vehicle for a drive around a lot to make sure everything was working properly and at the correct pressure before returning to the customer.

Quote was a $360 difference than what I was actually

Quote was a $360 difference than what I was actually charged. Also told I was only charged for one hour of labor to make up for big difference. Never gave my consent to even go ahead with the labor because I never contacted that it was that much more. I kind of doubt $319 is the labor rate per hour. I actively try to avoid going here but no local shops could with my issue so I had no choice.

I appreciate Kyle keeping me informed on the status and checking into the warranty for me. I know it was an inconvenience to be without my van for so long, but I understand they were doing the best they could.

I used to like this dealership.

I used to like this dealership. I have received bad service the last 2 times I have been there. One-time they did not get the lug nuts on my tire tight and we had to go back. This last time they said it would be 1 and a half hours. I was fine with that. But 3 people that were behind me in line were done before me!!!! I was there for 2 hours and 15 min! I went to complain! They said that a tech was working on my jeep, not a lube tech. So I decided to let Nick know what was going on. He was not there. I talked to Tony. He promised me that Nick would call me on Monday! I would get a free oil change or something. Well, I did not geta call from Nick. I more or less just wanted them to know I was NOT happy and if someone didn't tell them, then they would never know. I don't care about the free oil change! I just want great service! I sure don't feel #1.

Monday express oil and a new tire service was 10.

Monday express oil and a new tire service was 10. Wednesday for the balance of three tires and found out I had a oil leak was a 2. Dropped off vehicle Wednesday morning but when I got home noticed there was a sizable amount of new oil on my garage floor. Called to let them know they needed to check for a oil leak but was sent to service managers voicemail. I specifically said in the voicemail I wanted somebody to confirm that they received the voicemail, no call. When I called after lunch to check on the tire install and to confirm they received my voicemail found out they did not. Was told they would let the technician know about the oil issue. When Dave called me 2:30ish to let me know how the tires were going I asked about the oil, he didn’t know about the oil. I was picked up at 4:30 and told they were finishing my car. When I arrived they were still trying to figure out the oil leak. The car was finally “finished” and paid for after 5:30. Was told the tire indicator light was still on but after you drive it for a while it should go away. When I got in the car the indicator was on but was not told about one of my tires being at 0 pressure. Went back in and talk to one of the guys at the desk. Also the pressure on 2 of the tires was 40 and the third 41, I was told they’re supposed to be 36. Gentleman at the desk lowered the pressure of all my tires and to confirm we took a drive around the lot to make sure they were reset correctly. This also reset the 0 pressure tire. Indicator light turned off. Found out Thursday morning the service manager, returning my call about the oil leak, was off for the day. When I called I should’ve been sent to a person not to the service manager who is off. As far as the tire pressure the tech should’ve taken my vehicle for a drive around a lot to make sure everything was working properly and at the correct pressure before returning to the customer.

Stopped in on October 4th, 2021 to look at a Jeep Grand...

Stopped in on October 4th, 2021 to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee that had been listed on York's website. Once I arrived I asked to speak to Jason Burt who is a salesman I had spoken with at a previous visit. Jason informed me that the Jeep I wanted to look at had been sold. No big deal. I asked Jason to show me a Toyota Tacoma that the dealership had on their lot. Jason and I took the Tacoma for a drive and after everything looked good, we started the purchasing process. Jason and his manager came up with a good deal for me and I signed the deal. My total interaction with Jason was a positive one and I would recommend anyone ask for him. I was then handed over to Tony Case who is one of York's Finance Managers. At first Tony was ok. However when he pushed the finance papers across his desk the final purchase price was $5,000 more than what I had agreed to. This is where I started having a bad experience. I asked Tony why the price was so much, and he stated it was for a service contract for "protection" for my new vehicle. When I entered his office, I had agreed with Tony to purchase a service contract, but he never informed me of the price. I told Tony I no longer wanted to purchase the service contract because I did not want to spend the extra $5,000. Tony just kept repeating himself and saying that he "couldn't believe that I wouldn't want to purchase protection for a new truck!" Tony must have repeated this line 5 times. Tony then tried to tell me I would be paying the same amount with or without purchasing the service contract. When I told him I had agreed to pay $5,000 less, he stated "Well I don't know where you're coming up with that number." At this point I found the purchase agreement paper that was clearly ON HIS DESK and pointed to the lower amount I had agreed to pay, and told Tony I was not paying anymore than this figure. The sales manager and I had both agreed to and signed this purchase agreement. Tony again stated that I should be buying protection and it would take "some time" for him to redo all of the paperwork he had previously printed. Within two minutes Tony had the "new" paperwork in front of me. Tony had assumed I would just blindly sign whatever he put in front of me and had printed paperwork showing me paying an additional $5,000 BEFORE I ever entered his office. Buyer beware. After signing the "correct" paperwork, I walked out and said goodbye to Jason and entered my new truck. Once in my new truck I found that it only had a 1/4 tank of gas. Seems that this dealership is not in the business of giving customers a tank of gas if they only purchase a used vehicle. After paying a high price for a truck, they couldn't be bothered to put $40 worth of fuel in it. Nice. While the sales team were extremely friendly, I don't think i'll ever be back.

Monday express oil and a new tire service was 10.

Monday express oil and a new tire service was 10. Wednesday for the balance of three tires and found out I had a oil leak was a 2. Dropped off vehicle Wednesday morning but when I got home noticed there was a sizable amount of new oil on my garage floor. Called to let them know they needed to check for a oil leak but was sent to service managers voicemail. I specifically said in the voicemail I wanted somebody to confirm that they received the voicemail, no call. When I called after lunch to check on the tire install and to confirm they received my voicemail found out they did not. Was told they would let the technician know about the oil issue. When Dave called me 2:30ish to let me know how the tires were going I asked about the oil, he didn’t know about the oil. I was picked up at 4:30 and told they were finishing my car. When I arrived they were still trying to figure out the oil leak. The car was finally “finished” and paid for after 5:30. Was told the tire indicator light was still on but after you drive it for a while it should go away. When I got in the car the indicator was on but was not told about one of my tires being at 0 pressure. Went back in and talk to one of the guys at the desk. Also the pressure on 2 of the tires was 40 and the third 41, I was told they’re supposed to be 36. Gentleman at the desk lowered the pressure of all my tires and to confirm we took a drive around the lot to make sure they were reset correctly. This also reset the 0 pressure tire. Indicator light turned off. Found out Thursday morning the service manager, returning my call about the oil leak, was off for the day. When I called I should’ve been sent to a person not to the service manager who is off. As far as the tire pressure the tech should’ve taken my vehicle for a drive around a lot to make sure everything was working properly and at the correct pressure before returning to the customer.

I just celebrated my 1 year anniversary with York CDJR of Plainfield but I've been in the automotive industry for awhile now. I have 3 beautiful little girls and we stay busy with softball and playing with our American Bulldog.

Quote was a $360 difference than what I was actually

Quote was a $360 difference than what I was actually charged. Also told I was only charged for one hour of labor to make up for big difference. Never gave my consent to even go ahead with the labor because I never contacted that it was that much more. I kind of doubt $319 is the labor rate per hour. I actively try to avoid going here but no local shops could with my issue so I had no choice.

I’m so unhappy with the service that I received. I payed over 1200.00 and the problem is still not fixed. I have brought my car back 3 times. And the last time I was told they couldn’t find nothing wrong and. But they found something wrong to take my 1200.00 and I still hear the same noise that I payed 1200.00 for this isn’t right. Had an appointment for April 21 and did not get it back

Had an appointment for April 21 and did not get it back until May 3. I know there was a shortage of staffing plus waiting on parts. I understand this is happening everywhere. I appreciate Kyle keeping me informed on the status and checking into the warranty for me. I know it was an inconvenience to be without my van for so long, but I understand they were doing the best they could.

He it made it a very easy process and went above and beyond to make sure everything in our vehicle was working correctly including searching everywhere for a dvd to ensure the player was working in our vehicle. Great dealership!

Great dealership! We met a number of people and they were all very helpful. Noah did a great job in walking us through all the Jeep variations. When the Jeep arrived he spent all the time necessary in explaining all of the features. After we ordered the Jeep - it arrived much sooner than expected! Bryce (Sales Manager) was also extremely helpful.

I used to like this dealership.

I used to like this dealership. I have received bad service the last 2 times I have been there. One-time they did not get the lug nuts on my tire tight and we had to go back. This last time they said it would be 1 and a half hours. I was fine with that. But 3 people that were behind me in line were done before me!!!! I was there for 2 hours and 15 min! I went to complain! They said that a tech was working on my jeep, not a lube tech. So I decided to let Nick know what was going on. He was not there. I talked to Tony. He promised me that Nick would call me on Monday! I would get a free oil change or something. Well, I did not geta call from Nick. I more or less just wanted them to know I was NOT happy and if someone didn't tell them, then they would never know. I don't care about the free oil change! I just want great service! I sure don't feel #1.
